Terms of Service

1. Service: This app provides AI-assisted ENTERTAINMENT content such as coffee-cup readings, palm readings, dream interpretations, tarot, crystal ball, daily horoscopes, zodiac compatibility and natal charts. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or professional advice; decisions made based on the content are the user's own responsibility.

2. Account: An account is required to use the service, and you must verify your e-mail address; an unverified account is deleted automatically after a short window (see Privacy Policy §8). You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account details. The service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.

3. Use: You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that violate others' rights, or to harm the systems. Photos or personal details of another person may only be submitted with that person's permission.

4. Content: Readings are generated by AI; no accuracy or specific outcome is guaranteed. In-app purchases are subject to the store's (Google Play) terms.

5. Changes: These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.

6. Termination: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or closed. You may close your account at any time.

7. Tokens and purchases: One reading per day is free, and you can earn extra daily readings by watching rewarded ads. Beyond that you may buy tokens. Tokens are ONE-OFF CONSUMABLE digital items: they are not a subscription, they do not auto-renew, and they do not expire. One reading spends one token, and a spent token cannot be recovered. Tokens have no monetary value; they cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account, and if you delete your account any unused tokens are deleted with it and are not refunded. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's own purchase terms; because Google Play — not us — collects the payment, refund requests are assessed directly by Google Play. Your withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected. Prices are as shown in the store, and changes are announced through the store before taking effect.

8. Governing law and venue: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live; wherever you live, your right to bring proceedings before your own courts is preserved.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the service and supersede any prior oral or written representations on the subject.

11. Intellectual property and licence: The app, its design, texts, images and fortune-teller characters belong to us; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them beyond personal use. The photos you send belong to YOU: you grant us only the limited, temporary licence needed to produce your reading, and that licence ends once the interpretation has been produced. Retention for AI training is possible only if you separately consent, and only within the scope of section 15 of the Privacy Policy. You may use and share the reading text produced for you personally.

12. Limitation of liability: The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor to any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

13. Right of withdrawal for digital content: If you reside in the European Union/EEA or the United Kingdom, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on digital content purchases. When you buy tokens and immediately request a reading, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete. For unused tokens your right of withdrawal continues for fourteen days; you can make the request through Google Play.

14. Service availability: No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. The service may pause temporarily for maintenance, provider failure, or causes beyond our control (force majeure). If we suspend your account for breaching these terms, your unused tokens become unusable. If we shut the service down entirely absent any breach, unused tokens will be refunded or compensated as applicable law requires.
