Terms of Service

1. Service: BakFal provides AI-assisted cultural symbol interpretation, creative self-reflection and ENTERTAINMENT content inspired by coffee reading, palm, dream, tarot, crystal ball, horoscope (daily, weekly and monthly), zodiac compatibility, natal, birthday, numerology, dice and playing-card traditions, plus free tools such as name compatibility, a yes/no oracle, a daily tarot card and angel numbers, and a reader-chat feature. The service does not claim to know the future or possess supernatural or hidden information. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or professional advice; consult a qualified professional for serious decisions.

2. Account: An account is required to use the service, and you must verify your e-mail address; an unverified account is deleted automatically after a short window (see Privacy Policy §8). You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account details. The service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.

3. Use: You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that violate others' rights, or to harm the systems. Photos or personal details of another person may only be submitted with that person's permission.

4. Content: Interpretations are generated by AI for cultural symbolism and creative self-reflection; they are not real future predictions or guarantees of accuracy or a particular outcome. AI characters are narration styles, not real people, fortune tellers or psychics. You can report an inappropriate AI result through the in-app Report Content action. In-app purchases are subject to Google Play terms.

5. Changes: These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.

6. Termination: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or closed. You may close your account at any time.

7. BakFal Credits and purchases: One AI interpretation per day is free, and rewarded ads may increase your daily free use. You may purchase BakFal Credits for additional eligible AI analyses and advanced symbol details. The credit cost is shown before an action. Credits are ONE-OFF CONSUMABLE digital items: they are not a subscription, do not auto-renew and do not expire. Used credits cannot be recovered. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and unused credits are deleted with your account. Purchases and payments are handled by Google Play under its terms. Your withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected; prices are those shown in the store.

8. Governing law and venue: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live; wherever you live, your right to bring proceedings before your own courts is preserved.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the service and supersede any prior oral or written representations on the subject.

11. Intellectual property and licence: The app, its design, texts, images and AI narration characters belong to us; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them beyond personal use. The photos you send belong to YOU: you grant us only the limited, temporary licence needed to produce your reading, and that licence ends once the interpretation has been produced. Retention for AI training is possible only if you separately consent, and only within the scope of section 15 of the Privacy Policy. You may use and share the reading text produced for you personally.

12. Limitation of liability: The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, nor to any liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

13. Right of withdrawal for digital content: If you reside in the European Union/EEA or the United Kingdom, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on digital content purchases. When you buy BakFal Credits and immediately request a reading, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete. For unused BakFal Credits your right of withdrawal continues for fourteen days; you can make the request through Google Play.

14. Service availability: No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given. The service may pause temporarily for maintenance, provider failure, or causes beyond our control (force majeure). If we suspend your account for breaching these terms, your unused BakFal Credits become unusable. If we shut the service down entirely absent any breach, unused BakFal Credits will be refunded or compensated as applicable law requires.
